this makes me unbelievably thankful. Living in America gives us the freedom to choose to move away to a more acceptable place and dress/act the way we feel. Where as being born with GID (diagnoses of feeling like one is born in the wrong gendered body) and living that way in an Eastern Asian or Middle-Eastern country is unthinkable. I have so many friends in China that wish they could go through hormone therapy but it's just not an option for them. I wish them the best!
