It's only simple bribe training. Looks cute but you are going to end up with one fat dog (already looks kind of fat). What do you do if you need to give a life or death command and you don't have the clicker? Are people really paying some 25 year kid for clicker training?
none if this stuff is "life or death" to the dog. Training is training, whether tricks or recalls or downs. This dog is at least doing this stuff by its own choice, not because it will get shocked if it doesn't. What would an e-collar trainer do without the collar?
same thing as the clicker..it fades away in time..look up the sit means sit videos..they are all shock collar..the method you use really depends on the dog..all dogs are different.
Advice: before you comment ever again on anything dog training related take the time to educate yourself about the science of dog training, learning theory, behavior modification.... A clicker is faded out, not relied on all the time. It's called operant conditioning and it is one of the fastest most effective (not to mention FUN!)ways to train a dog. Labeling this as "bribe training" is only labeling yourself as "highly ignorant".
your video stinks. I couldn't hear the click. all you demo'd was a well trained dog. click here to see an ACTUAL video of good clicker training.
Just kidding. you can't click on it....there's no clicks!!`

Try clicker training to teach that dog to lose some weight!

It is a shame that I didnt see any 'treat' given in this demo ? Meaning all of this can be achieved 'the old negative way'.
(not saying is was though)
I use Positive Reinforcement Behavioural Training - Clicker Training, with my horses.. :o)

Ah, lovely to watch a border collie doing tricks to one of my favorite concertos: No. 20 in D minor.
Intelligent music for an intelligent dog!
Nice video. :)

to buckeyenation10 - I am clicker training my dogs and they will still obey the commands even when I don't have the clicker.
