I hate cleaning squid especially when there is a lot to do, since my kids liked it.

So now I buy it already cleaned makes it a hell of lot quicker and cuts down on prep time :)

Instead of reaching in there with your fingers, do this on a cutting board and use the back of your knife to squeeze the guts and innards out of the body cavity. That way, you dont risk ripping the cone with your fingers.
