  • not only is he a rocket genius, but a comedic genius. Best thing I ever saw on youtube.

there's always rewards to sticking to a project. You restore my faith in humanity. I spent the last hour watching all of'em at least 2x. Oh yeah- I'm also into model rocketry and will do business with you soon

  • Hi, what is the round thing you use to connect the two bottles? :)

  • The bottles are connected by a tiny interstage release tube at the top of the booster stage that fits into the upper stage nozzle. The upper stage ring fin slides over the booster stage bottle to keep the rocket straight. KS.

  • How does the pressure from the bottom bottle get to the top bottle...

  • The pressurized air goes from the bottom bottle to the top bottle through two tiny pinholes in the interstage release tube. KS.

  • just one of the bottles holds the pressure if you try and make two hold the pressure it's very hard to seal it and usually bursts

  • How is the second stage works ? I don't understand what is the connection between the stages : ( please draw it me

  • What do you do to keep the two bottles together yet still hold pressure?? im having a problem with the bottles holding up to the pressure

  • de nem vágom hogy a második fokozat hogy működik

  • Vicces! HA ha ha Great job :)! 5*

  • LOL

    they guy is too funny

  • is there walve betwen two bottles ..or....what....if it is walve wich way (where does preashure goes)

  • pls....can u draw how this works .../because I don`t know Englisx too well so... drawin would be better) reply

  • lol..........i love you vid.....but that guy look`s like Adam savage (Mythbusters) xD

  • Thanks.

    Ken S.

  • bill nye wana be

  • nice...

  • this is just crazy me but imagine launching that thing at a car or a person

  • The upper stage is only 60 grams, travels quite slowly and has a soft bumper pad so it is quite safe if it hits something or someone, unlike other rockets. KS

  • How does the first stage know to release?

  • The Interstage Tube at the top of the booster holds onto the inside of the upper stage nozzle by expanding when the rocket is being pressurized. Its diameter shrinks when the booster pressure approaches zero. Then the upper stage pressure pushes it out of the nozzle with split-second timing. KS

  • You don't have a drawing of how that works, do you? I'm trying to figure a way to do multiple stages without electronics.

  • there are many other ways to make a 2 stage water rocket try google searching something like the crushing sleave

  • The scientist looks like Adam Savage but shaved his moustache.

  • i argree

  • Man so funny tutorial!!Haha,he stick those bottles to his head made him look like a bottle-horned devil XD.Nice tutorial!!

  • What is used to connect the two stages??

  • where do you get the rocket supplies?

  • Very creative video. Good one guys! much better than the typical dry "how to".

  • Cool, looks FUN!! nice job on the rocket and congratulations on the world record!!!
