I think I might know what it meant. You know how Nile albums usually have the meaningsof what the song meant and such, well there was an explanation on the song "Those Whom the Gods Detest" that said that they are seen as people who live against the grain and don't like authority. So by saying "We are they Whom the Gods Detest" means they dont give a damn about anything, just like the guy who swallowed Listerine. He is going against the grain by doing that. Does it make a little more sense now?
