Lol get 85 mage , 80 str to hit 21s with rune cim and 25s with rune 2h, get 44 prayer and 76 range, u hit 140s with 76 rangem and u can use eagles prayer, increases ranged hit by 1 + ... dont train attack unless u become member DONT! and def remains 45 okay?
