I found mine in the trash too in mint condition--not a good sign. I'm going to try it for 8 weeks. If I don't get results, anyone is welcome to get it out of my trash can.

To birdo123456 things were doing pretty good got a little six pack starting to show .Then my Sciatic nerve from an old injury started acting up weights not the chair!!! I say it works but it takes time.

My gf has one it makes an excellent nite stand.I just pulled it out and cleaned the nacho stains off the seat will start using it today post comment in month to see if it really works .
To develope great abs you have to lose a certain amount of body fat by dieting and burning fat; not setting on some silly machine twisting. Don't be deceive.
