@Jadeyboobthebozo If you lived in Los Angeles, he could have cut your hair. If not, show to video to your hairdresser, maybe your hairdresser just don't understand what you exactly want. It could be just miscommunication.

@BVBfallenangellove Wow, Missouri! Well, then, the best way would be to suggest to your hairdresser to watch the video, and do the cut. I am sure your hairdresser will be able to do the haircut, once he/she understands what you want. One of the reasons that the hairdressers don't cut the style desired by the clients is for them not understanding what they really are looking for. I hope this helps.

I am sure there are some brave one's to cut your hair in Chicago, or, maybe you need to be more persuasive to your hairdresser to cut your hair the way you want it; suggest her/him to watch Rico's videos to have an idea what you want. Is this supposed to be a comedy? The guy is so full of it ... the exact same cut can be created in less than half the time and without all the drama .. no one can actually make money in this business unless they're fast and can cut with exceptional precision ... you need to cut at least $1000.00 a day to make a living and unless you can charge a couple hundred per cut you dont have the time for this drama .... and now that Ive seen his final result, thats one fugly haircut .....

Great video thanks for sharing :) I recommend the hair scissors I use, are the Saki Katana Hairdressing Thinning Scissors, they work great, with an extra-long crane shape handle and ball-bearing screw make cutting fantastic smooth, are made of Japanese Stainless Steel and have Thick and short sword back blades make cutting very soft. I bought them at safrons.

@blackneworleanscat To smooth out thick wavy hair but keep the waves, you could apply mouse on the wet hair to contain the fly aways, or use a curl booster product, or use a silicone base smoother; like proclaim or thermasilk from beauty supply; they could be called shining products, too.
