  • hate to burst your bubble,but "race" plays no part in boxing or in being tough.Much of it is about about socio-economics, and generally boxers tend to come from lower income environments.Non-"whites" tend to be on a lower rung of the economic ladder,hence not as many "white" fighters nowadays.But you need to brush up on your boxing, this isn't the 80s, there are quite a few "white" contenders at various weight levels.Besides,Calzaghe isn't "white",he's half Sardinian,Latin Mediterraneans.
