I have know several of these guys and while into dangerous activity, they are asll safety conscioous.

At least half these shots are not of barnstorming, i.e. civil stunt flying, but of military training and air displays. One of the Avro 504Ns seen "crazy flying" at Hendon was flown by Frank Whittle, inventor of the jet engine.

lol, kind of trippy, some of this stuff probably is kind of close to the time when my great grandpa was flying ...to bad learning to fly is so expensive now...not that I'm not still considering saving up for it, just it makes things a bit difficult. XD
