Woder why the music is spanish!? What is the center exactly, it's a many thing on the movie!?

I couldn,t understand anything from that movie exept of one average town. Evrithing on that movie don't say nothing at all and people look somehow unconfident and sad, not very happy, don't you think!?

The music, i suppose, is spanish, to get you in the right mood. And people probably look unconfident and sad, because it's about 30 degrees Celsius and one can hardly breathe at this hour of the day.

And what is the center- all the way from the Cathedral to the entrance to the Sea Garden, which is parallel to the coast line.
