this is not fake i have mini gliders like these sun racer and some others and they go this fast or even faster these are very light models so they can go fast they have a high kv which makes them more eficent when travling at high speeds

@rcbatti500 its a small model, so it looks ridiculous because the camera doesn't have the depth of field that your eyes do when watching the real thing. I'd guess this is shifting somewhere about 180-220mph or so, so very quick, but the current record (as it happens for a dynamic soaring glider) is about 470mph :)

@rcbatti500 actually it only does that because he had the power turned off so the plane was going much slower and then added power right in front of them selves. They do that to save power and cause its just so dang fast. and cause it gets really hot im sure. Its very real !

It does look sped up! look at the way the guy moves, look at the flag at the end of the video! The flag tells you the wind is cranking and this guy just launched it with the wind, not into it? Also, the camera man stayed on it a little to well for a plane that fast! It's probably just a cheap camera giving some weird effects and at least the sound is right for a plane that fast. I don't know for sure if it is sped up or just a cheap camera but it does look like it was sped up.

@FPSCclanleader Umn, of cause in electronics it means kilo volts, but in RC hobbys its the revolutions the motor does per volt, a 5000kV motor on a 11.1V batt does 55.500rpm. simple isnt it ?
