@Abbyviki I get the sense from watching Katie and Bryant that there was some tension that wasn't really touched on. They both seemed like they were very competitive, maybe Bryant had his guard up, so that the new girl didn't come on the show and take over.
In this clip, we get a wide shot of what I would esteem (and yes, I strongly believe this) to be one of "Today"'s best studio designs, if not the best outright. Very colorful, and quite appropriate to "Today"'s image; I wish that it had lasted longer. Unfortunately, NBC seems to think that a stark white studio with people screaming and yelling outside it is more appropriate to the image of "Today." I respect their opinion, but I strongly (based on this) disagree with it.
I think so. He had kind of a stormy relationship with Deborah Norville after she became pregnant. he wouldn't let her use his office couch between breaks.
