"Preach the gospel always. Talk when necessary." Or something like that. I don't think it's people's job to convict of sin, it's the Holy Spirit's, that's John 16. This is especially important when you're dealing with new agers, who, at the very mention of the gospel, (especially "the law"...) will immediately tune out and all their pre-concieved notions of "Christians" will immediately arise. Definately. Go read 2 Samuel 6. It talks about David's undiginified and wild worship for God. And when Saul's daughter spoke out against it she was barren for the rest of her life. Yes there are the times to be quite and respectful, but mostly God loves it when we are free in worship.

Dude, loved your reply. Worship should be on so many personnel levels. It should never be based on the other people around you. We need to worship when we are alone too and have integrity. Sure, the people leading worship direct the vein from which the spirit wants to act, as God enables them too. So yes when everyone dances its okay to join in, but not if you want to just look like everyone else. Thats when you need to get on your face and ask God for his love and get right with him.

..and it's not our job to do it (1 Cor. 5:12-13), it is our job to heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, etc. And yeah when they ask we'll explain the gospel in a way that they'll understand and relate to (like Paul did in the book of Acts, esp. 17!!) He preached the law to those that knew the law, and the gospel in a relevant way to the Gentiles. I think people realize their sin, but desire the love of God. that's what's happening in our culture
