No, it is the section fromthe A382 bridgedown to steps bridge although I'd get out at the pub at Fingle bridge if I run it again. It is a good grade 2 trip with good bank access and a few challenging spots at the grade.

I'm assuming that this isn't the North Teign Upper or lower? Or is it?
