i guess it depends if your goal is to continue studying, or to work, or both. like studying something related to japanese culture / work part-time. there are many different kinds of visas, and it depends what country you're from...
well, it was just starting to feel like home, but we're not going to be working for awhile, and going to be gone traveling, so it would be kind of expensive to keep the place.
i first came to japan in '99. i've left once, but left most of my stuff here. moved twice. over the holidays, i took most of my records and cds and dj gear back to a secret location in kansai. last weekend we moved a bunch more stuff. most of the big items are gone now. must throw away junk! the house is getting emptier...
