make sure you do not use excessive weight ok !! i am 6'2 and did what u are doing know when i was 15 ... i was predicted a min height of 6'4 as soon as i hit the weights i never grew again and it wasn't because of doing weight it was because i did too high weights. high reps low weights my man !! wish u luck !

It's a supplement not a drug so it's not like something you need a prescription for haha! well the only side effects that I have experienced is that since I have been on this stuff, my vert has increased and i've added an additional 20 lbs to my bench press (270!) but i'm not complaining ;)haha seriously though there's no risks. just follow the directions and you're good! :)
