Definitely Mandarin- Probably from Taiwan. What I would like to see is the results! Obviously, the electrrical stimulation will tighten the underlying chest muscles, and that will cause some enlargement, but what about the breast tissue itself? Does that increase mass too? A follow-up video is called for! Preferably naked!
