If you asked these people if they knew the connection between (fine) art and the philosophy of aesthetics, they would not know. When art is compared to the religion of christianity, it's good to have some knowledge of the genius of aesthetics. To get knowledge, relative to the genius, you would get it from him as in the spiritual sense you would eat his flesh and drink his blood. I hope this helps you.
