I'm basing my opinions on what I see with the typing discrepancies that are so obvious, it almost appears that an amateur did the faking. I'm sure an updated certificate will be appearing soon without that modern paper. It's going to be very interesting how the faker will try removing the typing errors he made on the first one without THAT being obvious?

The State Department only issued short form birth certs., which is what Obama had and what he provided. It was there policy (law?) to not give out the long form certificate and the President had to get a special exemption to provide the long form to the public. In Hawaii, as with my past Hawaii driver license, the race of both parents are listed as your race. For example, if someone is half Japanese and half Irish, that's exactly what is listed for race. If someone has parents, both of which are half other races, then all four races are listed on the birth certificate.

Also, an “expert” explained the layers of modifications on the birth certificate as a possible attempt to simply “enhance” the document to make it easier to read. I suggest the Obama team try it again without any modifications and enhancements or this latest “proof of Hawaii birth” won’t be believable.

You can also tell that the document they copied was bound because the page curls on the left side. I don't know what they were thinking, but this looks like a forgery. If you get a copy of your Certificate of Live Birth, it is printed out on security paper, AND it bares the state seal either in ink or embossed paper on the lower right corner.

The requirement is that a person be Natural born citizen of the US, and older than 35. Natural born citizenship is acquired several ways, one is a being born in the US (regardless of nationality). Please the US Code Title 8, Ch 12, Sub Ch 3, pt 1, subsec 1401 for more on natural born citizens. Knowledge=power, educate yourself.

In my test, every letter came out different.
No 2 letters were the same.
When you enlarge the letters (by 2500 times), you will find that Obama’s birth cert. had 17 exact matches.

Google Hawaii Statute 338-17.8. I suspect that the now resigned Director of the Dept. of Health pulled the form that applied to 338-17.8 and replaced it with that hand written note that the governor found stating, "Obama was born in Hawaii." The past Director carefully never said that she saw his Hawaii birth records, but only that she has seen his birth record. Which one? The one from Kenya?f Where has this latest "proof" been hiding all these years? It's obviously invented.

Andrew Jackson had 2 foreign born, also Thomas Jefferson, James Buchanan, Chester A. Arthur, Woodrow Wilson, and Herbert Hoover.
Also there is no way to make a definitive statement on validity/forgery of a document based on a scan. Any comments made about the picture are meaningless.

I'm basing my opinions on what I see with the typing discrepancies that are so obvious, it almost appears that an amateur did the faking. I'm sure an updated certificate will be appearing soon without that modern paper. It's going to be very interesting how the faker will try removing the typing errors he made on the first one without THAT being obvious?

Also, that fire excuse was used in the past, but there is no history of any fire at the Hawaii DOH. We;ve already heard about the BC being destroyed once the computer forms came into being in 2001. If that's the case, where did this form come from? Google Hawaii statute 338-17.8 to determine the likelyhood of what form was probably in Obama's file that was pulled.

The question is, why does a copy of an original birth certificate have to be done in layers, and why is there more than one design of type, alignnment and spacing? It's obvious in the magnified photo of what is being passed off as an original copy. Can't we ever just get a certificate that comes without excuses of why these problems exist? It's a simple question?

The State Department only issued short form birth certs., which is what Obama had and what he provided. It was there policy (law?) to not give out the long form certificate and the President had to get a special exemption to provide the long form to the public. In Hawaii, as with my past Hawaii driver license, the race of both parents are listed as your race. For example, if someone is half Japanese and half Irish, that's exactly what is listed for race. If someone has parents, both of which are half other races, then all four races are listed on the birth certificate.

The Hawaii Dept. of Health is now saying that they copied his birth record to a copy proof type of paper. Also, an “expert” explained the layers of modifications on the birth certificate as a possible attempt to simply “enhance” the document to make it easier to read. Look, all people want to see is a copy of the original birth certificate….PERIOD! I suggest the Obama team try it again without any modifications and enhancements or this latest “proof of Hawaii birth” won’t be believable.

@DougDaCosta Yes, you can CLEARLY see that it's been copied to security paper and also that the original document did not bare any official markings. You can also tell that the document they copied was bound because the page curls on the left side. I don't know what they were thinking, but this looks like a forgery. If you get a copy of your Certificate of Live Birth, it is printed out on security paper, AND it bares the state seal either in ink or embossed paper on the lower right corner.

The problem there is, how will the faker exactly copy all of his blunders with the false printed lettering, and type writer mistakes? The faker keeps getting himself deeper into a hole that he won't be able to explain himself (or herself) out of. The faker will run out lies to cover the earlier lies. Grand mother and Ogego said Kenyan? Did you realize that these are not native english speakers? It is far more likely they mistranlated "birth place" for "are growing". Also the grandmother corrected herself shortly after when asked more specifically by the translator.

Also did you even read your "credible source" (honestly ehow? i mean at least get something with a printing company). If you did you would see that it said prior to 1977 nationality was open ended, and there after was listed as races. Considering he is born in 1961 the race filing on would not be used yet.
McCain being natural born was about him being born in Panama to two American's. It doesn't take away from those born in the US.
Hospitals never release info about anyone, b/c of HIPPA.

@AviatorStudios Actually that could not be more wrong. The requirement to be President is listed under Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of the Constitution. The requirement is that a person be Natural born citizen of the US, and older than 35. Natural born citizenship is acquired several ways, one is a being born in the US (regardless of nationality). Please the US Code Title 8, Ch 12, Sub Ch 3, pt 1, subsec 1401 for more on natural born citizens. Knowledge=power, educate yourself.

@kubush There is a difference between citizen, and natural born citizen. For example, the President cannot have dual citizenship. Obama's father was a British citizen, which technically gives Obama dual citizenship.
