Cents do import, I have tested this and it's functioning properly. There may be an issue with your import file. If you're importing using Excel using the Pro version of Import Wizard which comes with ShopFactory Gold - you can insert your content using HTML code in the Excel data field for the description. Using the light version of Import Wizard (which comes with ShopFactory Pro) only allows you to import from .csv files, which doesn't allow for HTML code import-limitation of .csv file format

You import prices that all end on .00 if you try to import lets say a price like 15.23 it imports it like 15.00. So you can't import cents !!!
If you add a description the import wizard does not respe.ct the lay out
