When I was little. I used to be terrified of thunderstorms. My sister and I would go to our parents room and take blankets and lie at the foot of the bed in the floor.
bombers in the air. brings back memories from back home having to shut off all lights and kneeling against the walls so that when the bombs hit, you are less likely to be killed.
Anne Frank is an inspiration. But don't forget the others that took chances to help the Jewish, Homosexuals, Christians, and others escape. Such as, Feng-Shan Ho, Irena Sendler, Hugh O'Flaherty, Giorgio Pertasca, Chiune Sugihara, Georg F. Duckwitz, Frank Foley, Aristides de Sousa Mendes, Dimitar Peshev, Raoul Wallenberg, Pope Pius XII, and of course Oskar Schindler.
@rynierocks That's how people in England and Australia call a cat, Canada too I think. They might think we sound funny saying "Here Kitty Kitty Kitty"
wow. i think some of them didnt like anne very much , but i would've gotten along with her if i was there in that sitiuation . I think anne liked looking out the window allot. I know i do. Its very nice and comforting. I do adore the movie and the person who played addne. very lively. and touching.
Anne's the loudest one of them all. In reality they had to be invisible day and night because not only the workers but the neighborhoods all around. The buildings are right next to each other in Amsterdam.
Oh yeah, that I knew (I've read the diary as well) but I was speaking in context to the film. They're all practically yelling the entire in this adapation, haha. I think Anne Frank The Whole Story seems to be the most accurate as far as the quietness part of is concerned.
