Dr. Robotnik changes too. He sounds creepy... During this series, Sonic, Tails, Robotnik, and others are at their finest. Poor Grounder and Scratch... Robotnik must have finally dismantled them after many failed attempts at eliminating Sonic. R.I.P. Scratch and Grounder.
