I purchased the Opus two weeks ago and it was and it was damaged the second page in the opus has become know to dislodge from the binding also the leather cover had scuff marks in it and a few chips, while it was a pain i must give credit to Sony Music Digital and the MyPlay Direct Team whom i purchased the Opus through i emailed them and within 48 hours they replied saying that they had approved a new Opus to be sent to me and i keep the damaged one....

Purchased my book in Oct 2009 & received it by Jan 2010.

Great book but the experience was the worst ever!

Never received an email w/the tracking number, emails never answered, no one ever answered the phone & had to cuss out FED EX to finally return the order (finally sent a notice after 3 attempts but sent it 3 weeks later).

Shouldn't put their customers through so much stress.

Wanted to purchase the Prince Opus but don't want to go through the same crap twice w/ a book that cost $3000

I orderd mine 18 of december and were suposed to get it 12th of February. I got an e-mail yesterday wit a tracking number, and they said thath they were realy sorry for the delay. So i think they have started to send them out now.... I have orderd the book from Norway.

I downloaded the sample onto my brand new quad core iMac and found out their interactive software doesn't work on Snow Leopard!! I hope they fix this problem before the book is released!

Dude, Opuses are really expensive because its a collector's piece. Some Opuses are now worth 3000-5000 USD, the value of Opuses increase with time as they dont stay long in the market, they have a very limited release.
