I'm a big Stones fan as you can tell. This is a "GREAT!! song." A band called the "Jay Hawks," did a song called "Blue." I always said, "It sounds like a Rolling Stones song." This song sounds a bit like, "Blue."

I love tis song and I think Jagger sings better now than he did then but he sang with more soul back then. I guess the vocals were bad and needed to be rerecorded. Jagger nails it though so all is good in my little world!!

If it really is 10 more tunes then why don't they just release it as an album? Tattoo you was all out takes and remastered songs from as far back as Goats Head Soup. If this tune is any indication it could be a smash!!! Love this tune and I love Exile!

@ifeelallright You could be right but I really think that Waiting on a friend was an out take from Goats Head Soup. The ALBUM liner for Tatoo You had a high heeled shoe with a goats hoof in it to me signifying that these were out takes from all of the albums from GHS on. I also read somewhere when the songs were written in a book by Bill Wyman of all people. Great lyrics but I think they were written 38 years ago!!
