@diehardskinfan the stanton turntables have great sound quality, and bring out the warm analogue sound of vinyl especially when played on a loud sound system! Unfortunately the 120c is discontinued, so i suggest checking out the 62 and the ST150 as an alternative (catalogue number mr104569 and mr 152799 on our website).
@mrFLM89 the stanton 120c is a great turntable to start with however it is now a discontinued model. why not check out the T62 and the ST150 as an alternative (catalogue number mr104569 and mr 152799 on our website).
@warier655 we sell a range of turntable packages (including headphones, a mixer, turntables and connecting leads) to suit all levels and price ranges. For a beginner to intermediate level i would reccomend the stanton dj lab 2.1 direct drive package. we also have a wide range of packages on our website and you can also give us a call on 0121 687 7777 for any technical advice.
@LOPHOPHORA22 unfortunately the t120 has now been discontinued. If you are looking for a high torque turntable ideal for scratching why not check out the STANTON STR 8150s :)
The t120's have a stronger motor, more torq which is great for scratching and look better imo.Ive had the straight tone arm versions for a couple of years and theyre awesome decks.Much better than all the technics ive used, only ones better are the ST150's.
I'm planning on buying ST150 turntables and I got a question about the 25% pitch range that's also present on the T120C.
Is it still possible to do proper mixing (beat matching) with pitch on the 25% range? I mean, the pitch slider will have higher sensitivity which will make it harder, if you know what I mean.
If not, I think 25% and 50% are pure gadgets. Only Vestax has two pitch sliders a.f.a.i.k. One for coarse one for fine adjustment.
it is possible...sure you hafe to be more sensitive but if you do not need it use the 10 percent pitch... bether if you have it and do not need it than dont have it and need it sometimes^^
couldyou just use these turntables for like casual listening?
