I'm not going to join the debate because i haven't done any of my own research on the subject. However i will say that being certifide, having degrees, or pieces of paper that say qualified does not make a person the end all be all of any subject. You are not exempt from error.
Also, instead of just parading said qualifications and name calling one might try an approach of actual substance. If you have facts then post them and back them up, otherwise you're just masturbating.

so heres the thing, 2007 tu24 did not cause any problems but it did get us thinking about what could happen. the truth is we know about over 4500 asteroids that pass through our orbital path. it is simple clock work. an apx 7mile wide asteroid is credited with wiping out the dinosours.

The problem with the radiation is that anyone who told you that very likely didnt know radiation from a hole in the ground. You'll notice that none of the moon hoaxers ever claim to be radiation specialists, and no radiation specialist will claim that radiation will kill astronauts (and I ought to know because I am a radiation specialist).
Reasonable people ought to ask why that is.

Well since I am a specialist in Physics, and have Radiological Certification, ;), I hope I can be of help.
Tell me, did your guy give any FACTS about how much radiation it takes to kill a human, or the nervous system? Cause usually they just yell "RADIATION!" in crowded room and hope the scary word stops all argument.
One does not require a PhD, but one does require EDUCATION, which the moon quacks dont.
So, how much radiation is in space?
And
How much kills?
Know the answers, or know nothing
