I am not to sure why Andy was not in the vid. Yes I was lucky to have met Mike in his own turf. He is a real gentleman. He explained to me KD back injury is due to sitting too long in the same position in the studio or on the plane. It reaps havocs for the back. Satanism should not be compared with Satan Worshipping. Satanism can come in 2 ways, atheist and hereist. Atheist stanists choose Satan to represent the true nature of human. Hereist satanists, often refered to as LaVeyan satanists, are worshipping Satan as a god (and yes they belive in Jesus).
