I missed one day and then downloaded a snes emulator with the game

but it was not the same, the sound quality was not very good

but I had a gamecube and exchanged for a snes. I got my old snes back in the game of donkey kong

that day recover my childhood and still works.

I am now 17 and still play my snes having a 3ds

This game kicks ass :) This is one of the best Wii-game ever created and the best thing is that it went back to it's platforming roots like the original Donkey Kong Country and have all the things from the original like the level and artdesign, beautiful graphics, catchy and amazing soundtrack that is inspired by David Wise's music and great challenges :)

I listen to this song and then I listen to the original and the original just sounds more suitable to a jungle. It's not a BAD song because of that. It's just a good song that doesn't match the mood or setting of the game imho. Unless this game is drastically different from the original. I wouldn't know. I skipped this game.

@bONz08r0nzan Are YOU retarded? The DKC series was all about jazzy and/or techno songs, some of my favorite music like the roller coaster level in DKC 2 is techno or the very first song in the original DKC "DK Island Swing" was very much jazz inspired.

Also, there is no jungle in the intro. Maybe you should get your eyes checked. It's just an ocean with a tropical island with different viewpoints of it. It's not trying to be atmospheric. I think you're just a nostalgiafag, as proven by ur post.

@harmfulifconsumed See, I wouldn't know about any roller coasters in DKC 2 since I've only played the first DKC on the gameboy color and as far as I know the majority of the levels took place in a jungle (Kongo Jungle to be exact).

I am not a "nostalgiafag". I enjoy the music of Super Mario Galaxy much more than the soundtrack to, say, SMB or SMB3. I can recognize when new games surpass their predecessors in certain areas, which is common. This is just a case of a game failing to do so imho.

As soon as I got it I only had a few hours to play it kept on replaying the first world stages over n over again untill I completed all the chalenges especialy getting gold medals on all stages.

Yeah man I love hard and challenging games with replayability that doesn't revolve around with to much online multiplayer
