I'm a guy who used to shit on The Vampire Diaries every time my friend mentioned it. I used to think it was just like Twilight until I watched the very first episode on Netflix recently. Now I'm halfway through season 2 and every day that I'm at work I can't wait to go home and watch the next episode. I've learned so much about vampire lore and mythology because of this show and Damon is even my favorite character now!
