Basically the same thing with my grandpa.I was only a couple months old when he passed away,and my moms,mom died back in 88,5 years before I was born so I never got to know her. The day after this song was realised my grandpa died in the hospital.
When we were heading home from the Reception i heard this song and broke down.
The next day when we had the funeral, i sung this to everyone.

I lost my grandma in january... It was the hardest thing I have ever tried, and it was'nt exactly the perfect start at the year. I miss her every day, and I feel so lost. "Even though it's different now, you're still here somehow" - you are! Always in my heart... I love you.

this reminds me of two people my grandma and my dad. now she was not really my grandma but she was like one. she died and my little brother did not go to the funearull because he was scared and my sis did not go because she had a birthday party.i only went i was the only one crying my head of! my dad is not dead but he lives in Utah and i live in California life sucks

my dads best friend D.J he was like my uncle and sometimes he'd go down to Mexico to the missionary and teach the kids English..
he diedwhen i was in Texas visiting family and my dad and uncle kevin had to go to Arizona and see his grave ..
when i was younger i use to pretend he was famous and in my world he was :) i love you DJ and i know your watching me from heaven

My grandma just died two days ago ,
she taught me everything i knew, her husband [my grampa] died a year before i was born so i didn't know him, & me & my sister are her only grandchildren , & my other grandma lives in Southamerica, half way around the world. I'm pretty sure i'm still in shock that she died because it was so sudden & the police told me so harshly. I can't believe it happened. I'm bawling my eyes right now ,

this is dedacated to all the people that has died on me... i forgive them. but i have had 6-7 people die on me and i am tired of it because they are people i really care about ya know i had my great grandma die and we were really close and it KILLED me and im not over it. both my great aunt and great uncle died and i cried for a year.

Evrytime I hear this song it makes me sad cause my grandpa died 2 years ago n my cousin jr who i was so close 2 died too from ♥ problems.. n another cousin ted died of ♥ problems...n my uncle jimmy died during surgery...n when i was little my dog duke got ran over and died,my other dog sasha died too...my other dog mutley died of old age.. @xMonsterPink Thanks,but yeah I know what you mean. Basically the same thing with my grandpa.I was only a couple months old when he passed away,and my moms,mom died back in 88,5 years before I was born so I never got to know her. Yeah I wish I got the chance to meet her and know her,but I can look in the mirror and I have certain charicteristics that she had. :)
