hey hey! Have you thought about the Fat Blast Furnace (do a search on google)? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my work buddy lost a lot of fat.
I have a question, if anyone would like to answer it. I'm naturally very thin (too thin, I think) and it makes me look just skinny and gangly and not womanly shaped. Will toning my muscles help add more shape to my figure, or will I just look weird and buff but still skinny (skinny, not in the good way I guess? haha)

@purerosek lay on your back with your legs straight out and on the floor. grab one knee and bring it towards your chest. this will stretch out your opposite psoas, and eventually help in relieve pain :)

Most of your workouts are 3 circuits. What if we do 1 round (not all 3) but of 3 workouts. is that better or worse? I did 1 round of the rush workout, 1 of this workout and 1 of Katrenas "abs, love handles (the one of the beach haha) i could definitly feel it. but should i not do that?
@ouranbasketflower remember to pull your belly button to your spine, this'll help with the back pain. and it helps to place your hands (palms facing down) under your butt. as you raise your legs, you should feel your lower back press into the ground.

@MissDanii53 if it hurts, always stop.. go see a physical therapist and get their opinion. It could be something as simple as an alignment issue that they can work with you on :)
Oh my god. I'm fairly out of shape, but I didn't expect to have this much trouble with it. But judging by the results other people are seeing, I'll keep with it! Is it alright to start off with only doing it once through for a little bit, until I'm in a little bit better shape?

@sujinashley if you are asking how long this should take you, the answer is better than the last time! :) first step is to be able to finish the workout, any way possible ~ from there, try to get it done with the best possible form, then work on doing it faster! :)
@oliviamiscott If you do the whole entire workout right with good form the planking burns!! Yesterday I did this & I didn't feel ANYTHING during the planking. Today I did it with better form and I felt it!!!

i've been doing this 3 times a day ( with a 5 minute break between each curcuit) for 9 days now. besides from this, i also do a 45 minute bum and leg workout and a 45 minute cardio and arm workout. I'm only 14 and yesterday my mom told me that im overworking myself and i might injure myself. what do you guys think? in total i work out about 3 hours each day. of course, i have water breaks and stuff....

Karena and Katrina - I have EXTREMELY tight hip flexors. The pain is so bad at this point that I can not even do child's pose.
What can I do for this? I have been stretching, but it's not helping like it used to. Can I do any counter strengthening?

doing the bicycle my hip joint on the right makes a clicking noise and it hurts. im only 17 so i think thats bad, should i stop?

@MissDanii53 if it hurts, always stop.. go see a physical therapist and get their opinion. It could be something as simple as an alignment issue that they can work with you on :)

Oh my god. I'm fairly out of shape, but I didn't expect to have this much trouble with it. But judging by the results other people are seeing, I'll keep with it! Is it alright to start off with only doing it once through for a little bit, until I'm in a little bit better shape?

@sujinashley if you are asking how long this should take you, the answer is better than the last time! :) first step is to be able to finish the workout, any way possible ~ from there, try to get it done with the best possible form, then work on doing it faster! :)

@oliviamiscott If you do the whole entire workout right with good form the planking burns!! Yesterday I did this & I didn't feel ANYTHING during the planking. Today I did it with better form and I felt it!!!

this hurts so good! finally an ab workout that I can FEEL. whenever I do abs with a video or even at a class at the gym, I'm never sore the next day. I did this for the first time two days ago and I'm still sore from that... doing it again and my abs are on FIRE, but I'm loving it.

Hi ladies, I really love your ab workout circuit but my problem is that whenever I do crunches my neck always hurts. I know something is wrong with what I'm doing but I just don't know what it is that I'm doing wrong. Also when I do those crunches it's really difficult for me to go all the way up. i've been doing this 3 times a day ( with a 5 minute break between each curcuit) for 9 days now. besides from this, i also do a 45 minute bum and leg workout and a 45 minute cardio and arm workout. I'm only 14 and yesterday my mom told me that im overworking myself and i might injure myself. what do you guys think? in total i work out about 3 hours each day. of course, i have water breaks and stuff....
oh also you should know that i haven't felt any discomfort and or pain anywhere yet

this is the best ab workout i have ever done. i was sore for days after the first time i ever did this. its better than the ab ripper x by p90x in my opinion and ive never felt my abs burn so much. thank youuuuuuu! xx <3
