@brother776 To avoid an X rating. The FCC gots their panties in bunch back when they were pitching this film back in the day. So they changed it from red to green and the FCC said OK!

Ed is the only male, other than Ash, that is ever possessed by a Candarian demon in this movie. Male deadites are rare. His friend Scott in Evil Dead is the only other one. Each of them only last for two minutes before getting destroyed. The skeletons and Ash's alter ego in Army of Darkness don't count. I guess it's freakier and funnier to fight a she-bitch.
