Great game. Some reason my intro does not play when I play the game. Also the colors on the minimap are screwed up. Purple shows blue on minimap and aqua shows yellow. Kind of confusing. Still great game.

lol here's one for ya, a friend of mine about a week ago tried gameranger and got the exact same virus i got. apparently the virus was a registry edit that removed the ability to run an .EXE program.

EAW is much better it accends in space so that u actualy have the whole palet of battles from the intro and numerous mod's (all at empire at war file's) give u the clone troopers droid's and much more (even stargate and startrek ships for those who didnt like star wars)

lol, IG zones shut down for star wars like 3 years ago. It WAS the main source of attention, they had plenty of players, tournements, contests, etc. but now, the games pretty much lost its community and fanbase. the zone whas replaced by a website called voobly, but guess what? NOBODY PLAYS ON VOOBLY. I mean 0 people practically. If anyone wants to play multiplayer, they should use gameranger. It acually works pretty well, its better than voobly or Xfire

second of all, i apologize for the virus :P but man, there are hundreds of people who use gameranger, never heard of it giving them a crippling virus, i dunno what went wrong with yours :(

i assume you're using firewall and all that stuff? anyway, i don't see how GAMERANGER caused a crippling virus, but i assure you, more goes on at gameranger nowdays than voobly (at least starwars related)

i appreciate that you took notice. I can only blame gameranger because it was the only thing that could have caused it at that point. Its always possible a backround script somewhere on my pc caused the virus. As for my firewall i had AVG 8. Its never failed me like this before soo...
