Why not give all your employees the whole day free. All those smart people need to go out, perhaps fly them to a swing state for the day and have them help get the vote out.. One hour is good, but think not only about your vote, everyone should make sure everyone is voting. And work on that the whole day. Make phone calls, drive or fly to a swing state if you can afford it.
