@Rock6397 Yes, that's exactly right. Sometimes when you listen to songs you don't get the full meaning of the lyrics until it's explained to you by the person who wrote it. Then the song takes on a whole new meaning and I have the utmost respect for John. I was very impressed to say the least.
@makeupteen131 Ah, yes, that's what I thought. He writes from experience. His songs have deeper, real, often morbit meanings. That's the beauty and distinction of his songs. You can relate through his voice, the lyrics and the vibe of the song into your life :)

One of the interviews I watched he was explaining how he came up with the song "Not Broken" and it was at that very moment I realized how beautiful he really is. The meet and greets the band does just goes to show you that their fans mean a great deal to them. The whole band just rocks.
