  • @EpicFailScientist A friend of mine been using this for quite some time now and he told me he take 2 scoops per serving and 2 times a day. If you go for workout then it's better to take it 3 times a day.. Make sure every scoop is full and not less. hope this helps

  • @Zenith0106 nah i took two scoops a day one with oatmeal for breakfast and one post workout with whey and creatine, i only got the 2 lb tub and it last me a couple of weeks, some weight gainers have rediculous serving suggestions u gotta work it out urself , get most of your macros from food this is just the icing on the cake

    i'm going to go with A) "you'll gain weight" for 600 trebek, if you eat right and count your calories and eat more than maintenance you're going to gain weight.. this shake will help but will also put on a bit of fat depending on your body type and fitness level/diet of course

  • @footballkiller33 To tell you the truth just by taking protein shakes wont get you anywhere by itself.You need to eat like an animal all day long ,eat excessively you dont have to worry about getting fat it wont matter until about 6 to 7 months and maybe even then it wont matter.I would take 1 scoop which is around 26 grams of protein since i read our body cant process more than 30 grams at one time.I would take it after a workout and if i had enough time in the morning.Do you have a facebook?

  • @ifone77 dont take protein powder if you dont workout lol, cuz if you do..then itl turn into fat..., so workout, i use to weigh 125 when i started lifting, and now i weigh 137... took me 2-3 months. cuz my uncle has been weightlifting for 10 years, and hes gotten me into it.. so.....yea your body wont get ruined, and i reccomend 25-35 grams of protein AFTER the workout , the best time to take it.

  • @43aaronlewis You're not eating enough. Find a caloric calculator online and plug in your height and weight and it will tell you how many calories per day you need to maintain your weight. To gain weight, add 500 calories to this number and that should be your goal intake for each day.

  • @goforkranthi79 This will help you gain some muscle mass, but you'll also more than likely be putting on fat too b/c of all the calories. You'd be better off eating a clean diet and supplementing in regular protein powder.

  • @goforkranthi79 The best protein's in my opinion would be a whey isolate. It's low in calories, sugar, fats and carbs, but high in protein. To gain lean muscle it's important to eat a high protein diet and try to cut back on fats.

I work out 3 times a week [atleast 1-2 hours a day] and im 220 pounds 5 foot 9 inches..without "juice or protein shake" all natural baby.. stay away from this useless crap..all you need to do is go on a diet "eat alot of protiens atleast 22 grams a day..workout..and most important thing is to sleep after workin out.

  • @AngGuKueh just stick to ONE protein supplement. Mass gainer if you're looking to gain weight. A Whey protein supplement is good for your average weight lifter. Whey Isolate is PURE whey. It's mostly for before-bed shakes. Creatine is great. I don't really believe that anyone NEEDS N.O. supplements, but it's all a matter of personal preference.

  • It's great to gain weight but the taste is very bad, no sugar if you have or glutamine that makes it taste so bad. I have made up much weight, but I have to stand the taste even when they only use 2 scoops.

  • @revolution9991 You should take it two hours before your workout, i discovered this when i read the back of a presicion enginered weight gainer and i was like "what the hell" on maximuscle cyclone it tells me too take it after, and thats the reason i got ill, my flu was worse than yours. but then i do have a super high metabolism. and if it works take it one spoon less and only take it on days that you train if it does'nt work tell me.

  • @azadbmw it depends on your diet, are u having 5-6 meals a day? remember every meal keep your protein up keep your carbs up, and dont have the 4 scoops of mutant mass at the same time, split it down to 1 scoop betwee your meal atleast 4 times, so you have your full serving, remember, if u dont like what your seeing in the mirror, adjust your nutrition or whatever.

  • I'm tremendously sorry but I took this stuff and for ME it was garbage. Different strokes for different folks but there are much cleaner and more efficient weight gainers out there. Of course the most effective way to gain weight is to get a standard whey protein powder and make your own homemade weightgainer using the whey as the base.

    you're eating junk, it's worse than eating at mcdonalds

    just use regular protein powders, add natural ingredients like peanut butter, almonds, flexseed etc for fat, and fruits for the carb content (banana works best)

    There's nothing like eating a banana favored protein powder blended with a real banana and some flex oil (you won't notice the oil)

  • i have a really high metabolism ever so ive tried a lot of gainers. yeah this one tastes amazing!, but it also has 60 grams of sugar! it's the highest ive seen and ive heard of some people having heart problems from it. Champion Heavyweight gainer 900 has a 1/3 less sugar (still high, but better) and i gained 6 lbs in a lil over a week. and the fact it tastes like brownie batter is awesome too! Serious Mass by ON lacks on taste, but has much less sugar and is LOADED with other good stuff

  • Hi i have a trainer he said that you should gain weight first so i think get the muscle juice first, results will show like 2 KG in 15 days(also depends on how you eat) or something, but by the time u finish the muscle it would be around 15 KG +. after that OPTIMUM NUTRITION WHEY would be the best idea after you gain weight.

  • Hey Arjun, I don't think you could go wrong with either product. I prefer Muscle Juice and it did work for me. That said, considering your current weight, I would also try drinking as much whole milk as you can, eating a ton of steak & chicken, and generally just eating as much of anything that you like! The weight should start to build.

    one last thing make sure you have a decent weight training program put into gear that will have you working your whole body ! squats and deadlifts, those two lifts will get you big bro

  • Yep, it is alot of fat, that's the idea, to gain weight.  This is a cleanER gainer compared to most.

  • the idea is to gain mass not FAT , you don't need the gainer then just eat 4 packages of butter a day you'll gain more weight then this... the idea of clean lean mass is not by gaining fat, it is by gaining clean muscle mass.with as lower fat % as possible, this 17 Gr of fat everyday is a disaster to your inner system including the liver... i would not recommend this. its funny in the video u do not mention the 17Gr of Fat ! its not clean.. its pure Poison. i rather drink OIL . same results.

  • the 17 grams of fat comes from medium chain triglycerides. In the past few years there has been a lot of research done on these MCT's and they have shown to support muscle growth and also have some thermogenic effects. They have actually been dubbed as "the fatless fat". The only downfall with this product is the fact that most of the carbs come from maltodextrin. Itd be nice to see some oats in it!

  • Saturated fat is actually very good for you. It helps with omega 3 absorption, as well as calcium and vitamin d.

    Good point. I looked into Nlarge2. It's got about half as much sugar and only 5 grams of fat. Of course, all the fat in Muscle Juice is MCTs, so they will not be stored as fat.

  • I looked into Nlarge2 too. It looks pretty amazing. On the other hand, MCTs are LESS likely to be stored as fat, but they can. Sadly, I dont know any people who got good results with this weight gainer. They got bigger but it was mostly fat. I guess it depends on the person but I prefer not to take a chance

    Yeah, and in my opinion, this stuff would be best for hard gainers, since they have such a high metabolism that it's very hard for anything to be stored as fat. Well, as long as you workout enough, you won't gain very much fat. Any weight gainer will make you fat if you don't work out.
