Watched episode 1 and is starting to like this series. The only thing that is REALLY annoying is that music is played in every scene, it isn't soundtrack, it's songs, kinda turns my interest off abit.

One thing bothers me: The Lucky Strike Cigarette didn't come out until 1944 when the americans dropped the bomb, thats why its called Lucky Strike and the package colours looks simillar to a japanese flag. And this is in 1919/1920. Overall I think this is the best series that HBO has made since Sopranos.

1st season.I loved Nucky,Jimmy & Margaret, then came Richard Harrow...I was so happy with the show! 2nd season..Margaret transformed and started to annoy the hell out of me, stopped liking Nucky..but I still had 2!Then Jimmy became power drunk..but Harrow compensated for him.Finally Jimmy renvindicates for me and DIES?!Now hate Nucky,hate Margaret. And with no Jimmy there's probably no Richard so...no reason to watch anymore Bye Boardwalk Empire. BYE BYEEEE!!

This show revolved around Jimmy and Nucky's relationship. And this episode put everything out there, raw emotions put to the ultimate test. It was the chance for these two damaged men to show their true worth. There is no doubt: Jimmy Darmody was the better man. HBO ruined the series with this episode... there is no reason to watch season 3 now. Jimmy Darmody tried seeking redemption, and died despite himself. And worst of all, Enoch Thompson showed us that there is just no hope. The end.
