Over-FUCKING-rated. It's a GOOD game but not the best by far. It's Super metroid with a sword. Rondo of blood kicks the shit of symphony because it keeps castlevania's roots intact unlike these metroid-vania crap that is getting far too old for any gamers tastes.

If you're old enough and you've been with the series since the NES days, than you recognize Symphony of the Night as a masterpiece, but not the be-all-end-all. I'm getting tired of the "Metroid-vania" style as well, and long for the days of actual varied levels and (God Forbid) a Belmont!

IMO, Super Castlevania IV is the best of the series, and holds the greatest memories for me.

Bloody tears is kinda remix of the bloody tears when you are in a forest in Simon´s Quest. Anyway 5 stars . Good choice ;)

It was for me two :) But I never finnished it. I was on the last boss when dracula transformed into something HUGE. I couldn´t beat him...

And later my sister deleted my save file on the game. Then I started playing it on my computer and my computer fucked up so It was deleted again so I kinda gived it up on that game

Nice video, but the screenshots you've posted for Castlevania 2 : Belmont's Revenge are actually from Castlevania : Legends. You can see that by the ponytail you're character has (since you're playing as Sonia Belmont, the firs time a female is the protagonist of a Castlevania game).

actully doS and AoS's are completely perfect. and sotn musics are ok. HoD's are a bit of strange. try out the Jugement version of IBI. I don't hate the PoR version tough. Just to remind you the version of B you're playing is the DoS'sversion if I'm not wrong. (maybe I'm wrong, beacuse so many versions of different songs are so DoS form!!!)
