You should be able to. I've done it with my regular glasses. I suggest not popping the lenses out, who knows if that could break it or not. But their should be a screw you unscrew it and the glasses frame are apart and the lenses should come out, and you can screw it back in without lenses. And unscrew it and put lenses back in. Beware though, the screws may be very small.

well with my glasses when i undid the screws only the bars that hold the glases to your face came off.. the screws yooh ment were the screws on the glasses on the top where the fold right? o.o if not how can there be a safe way i can pop the lenses out and back in without them breaking?
