Flash Tutorial: Shape Tweening and Shape Hinting - Part 1

I have a question, I'm using both CS4 and actionscript 3, however, when i get to the point where you right click and select shape tween, that option simply does not appear. I only get the motion tween option. What can be done to fix that?

i can never get flash to do the colors i want most of the time iof i try to change the backgound colors or like in this tutorial i tried to get the ractangle no color ever shows up i dont know why im about to give up on this

is there a way to shape tween a bitmap or JPEG image into another image? I really need help with this.

There isn't really, you could try fading one out while fading the other one in so you get a smooth transition, but to actually deform an image into another is not possible in Flash - only works with vector graphics.
