i love both. the nanny is much less force and the double entendres and innuendos are great, but this ones pretty good too. and with the kids being jewish, it's fun to watch them talk together, but it was even more fun to watch the not-jewish be jewish-like. but i think the kids in this have some of the best lines and jokes.

This show is trying to be a lot of things. It just almost works. But the boyfriend (Super Anakin? He looks like Haden ...) just doesn't really work. He looks older than the son who wasn't ID checked. Why pick a really giant guy who looks 30 to play the part of what I guess they meant to be a 19 year old. It just doesn't work.

It might be somewhat where they have lines people used from the nanny and charles shaughnessy, yet in this show they are exs........... but in the nanny she tried for 5 years to get a date with him. oh common. she is embracing change and the realities of life today. this episode didn't make me laugh much but it made me smile at parts. don't knock it just because it isn't the nanny. fran seems like a good lady and this obviously expresses a point in her own life that she is at. i don't know if this is still on the air because i don't want tv often but if it is, then good for her.
