No, no, no, no, no! This movie should NOT be remade. It's great the way it is. The only reason why it's gonna get remade it because of stupid idiots like the ones below me are too lazy to read subtitles and are mad 'cause it's not a full blown horror movie filled with stupid cliches. We should get more movies like this, horror with an actual story and depth, not mindless killing and predictable jump scares. Mark my words, the remake will suck.

lol, I love the fact that they cut the clips the rigth way so you couldn't tell it was in spanish and you would need subtitles just to understand what their saying. but Pans Labyrinth was th same way.

all that aside they are both WONDERFUL movies. absolutely beautiful works of genius. I can't waut for Del Toro's next film.

I absolutely love this movie. Awesome story and love the fact its in spanish. Its actually very thrilling and frightening and I never get scared. I didn't get scared in this either but I say the part that creeped me out was when the lady medium came in her house and was communicating with the dead. It gave me serious chills down my whole body.

You dont know that its going to be cheesy, or that it will have terrible actors. That is a preconception that you have hypothosised, with nothing but the dry assumption that it'll be like the remake of When a Stranger calls.
