Standard tuning : A, G, F, E x x x x x x x x x x x x 7 5 3 2 7 5 3 2 5 3 1 x It kind of runs down the line AAA, GGG, FFF, EEE till the "Tell me, Tell me" part where it goes from that last E to F back to E then kicks right back into the verse.

I have been playing it by barring 7-5-3-2 and doing the 3-2-3.. it actually sounds pretty darn close in drop D tuning. It just looks tacky as hell playing barres like that ;D Fun tune tho!!
