  • Great video. Just one addition though. Doing pushups every night could be a deterant to most people. I would say do them every other night so there is a recovery period to recoup a bit. if not at some point you will plateau and it becomes harder.

  • One other thing, don't not volunteer, caz they will save the worst for last. Just what I've heard...
