The credit card reform is a joke and for show only. Student loans were included in this answer, but in typical "tell everyone what they want to hear fashion" on the front side the reforms are good, no extra money to corps; however on the back side non payment is incentivized. Reforms for show, just like his words. For show only, all buns....
