There is no doubt the government have good policy that provide citizens in regards to education but poor policy when boosting economic development due to the country's overdependency on jobs abroad instead of focusing in the industrial or manufacturing sector expand in order to provide more jobs and keep the citizens from leaving the country.

If he favors charter change he must do it now. I like him he plans for the future, meaning he sets up policies and programs that will benefit the Filipino people for a long time. Sometimes it's easier said than done when it comes to judicial reform when so many of his corrupt constituents or the elite are being protected by these justices who think they have more power than the president. If he favors charter change he must do it now. It's almost a year since he was elected, Noynoy should have at least done several positive changes to be considered the right man for that job and not follow the former president who hasn't done much to improve the livelihood of Filipinos.

Although in my heart I know that Gibo is the most qualified of all the candidates, I also considered the winnability of the candidates. Well, let's admit it. The competition now boils down between Villar and Noynoy. And if I'm going to vote for Gibo, I'm just increasing the chance of Villar winning the elections (which I hope will not happen!). @jungoico not Mrs. Aquino its the people under her who took advantage of the fragile situation of the NEW DEMOCRATIC GOVERNMENT freed from the DICTATORSHIP OF MARCOS(who stole all the WEALTH OF FILIPINOS and put it to many FOREIGN BANKS). Lets not forget after the downfall of Marcos Regime, Philippines is like STARTING OVER. Teaching FILIPINOS about the CONSTITUTION will help them UNDERSTAND the EVERY FILIPINOS CORE OBJECTIVES, ROLE TO PLAY and IMPORTANT of each filipinos not to break the constitutions(that involves the people who has a position in the government)
Lets not forget those people on SEATS and in PUBLIC SERVICES...WE! THE TAX PAYER ARE THE PEOPLE WHO EMPLOYED THEM. THEY ARE WORKING FOR THE FILIPINO PEOPLES DREAMS and BETTER LIFE. Its important that the Government will work FOR THE PEOPLE.
