the only problem with this cg is that when u paused, the person can jump out of a grab. It's just a reminder to say that this grab wont always work.

To everyone watching this, I considered this epic for its time. 1 and half years ago I didn't know many legal tactics that guaranteed 0>death. The CG demonstrated here is garbage. I suggest instead learning the d-throw>b-throw alternating chain.

how is that so?? Melee is by far more broken than brawl. the only issue with brawl is Metaknight and even so he is managable. Ive played trouneys for both games so believe me when i say Brawl is the better of the two.

I think that this technique could be used in a tourney or a really serious match, but when just playing to have some fun, how about we just keep that stuff out of there so that it is fun for everyone.

Brawl is just totally different... It's almost all ground-game, which is why I like Melee, which is a lot faster and more technical, instead of literally a big brawl of slugging it out. Other people may feel differently, however.

All ground-game? A lot of characters have horrible ground game. In fact, DDD is primarily top tier for his air game which has considerable range and priority and is good at killing. Of course his grab range is extensive as well, and if you mean grab game instead of ground game, yeah I can see that.

I uploaded this video for the lulz. I am not promoting the use of CG's for IC, nor do I use them at all. I understand the timing and skill involved in proper CG, and how important it is to the IC metagame. Imo the IC are not much fun to play against, mostly because you need to use moves that can separate them (lots of smashes), and always avoid a grab. However, do not say the IC are broken in any way, They have weaknesses to exploit, and if you lose it's mostly because you do not know the MU.

i just do chain grabs like 3 times in a row then doo something else cuz the match isn't that great if its just chain grabs...ice climbers chain grabs are just to show off t your friends i think...and i plus you get better with IC by doing regular attacks than just chaingrabs

The Ice Climbers have always been, and always will be, about the Chain Grabs. They are required to play Ice Climbers any decently at all.

it's not your fault they dont know how to fight ic's without being CG'ed, Also IC CG's take very good timing with 37 different characters, and effective CG's that arent as escapable as others can invovle sync'ing and desync'ing at any moment.

This isn't exactly easy for anyone to pull off, ESPECIALLY on wi-fi, if you're any good. Just avoid being grabbed, because "cheap weeners" usually don't have much skill to begin with in the first place. Really it's unlikely that anybody besides Ice Climber users who already know how to chain grab will know how to pull this off, I taught nothing. If you're going to flame anybody flame the other Ice Climber "Combo" videos. Just because you can't handle them doesn't mean you should get mad at me.

Yeah I hate when this happens. Be careful though to pound the opponent when you just release him because he cannot get jump released or its a dead combo.
