everyone! Beware of gamma correction and normal maps! they will display poorly if both max and the image are at 2.2. If you have max at 2.2 then use 1.0 or original gamma for the normal map image
please could you do a new one, this is seems to be the best normal mapping tutorial on the web i can find. but i cant see fully what your doing maybe you could add some sound, or a higher resolution one would be fine to.

m super confused what should be added first ? should we first apply textures/diffuse map or other maps on the model before applying normal map ?

You dont have to apply any texture .. at all. :)
