I bought DELL STREAK with no question since I was sure DELL + GOOGLE will do amazing. It was a complete fall and I am stuck with DELL STREAK 5 that is driving me crazy. Complicated, missing huge SIMPLE features, very annoying tiny mini micro font size for a 5 inch screen, NO ARABIC language. No EXIT feature for applications even the TASK KILLER doesn't work properly, NOW I am getting " Low on space" & "SMS memory space is full" .

It if the worst on earth DELL and I want my money back ..

which should be on the front page. check page 6 "The Performance Problem" IMO the hype is only that..keep moving, nothing to see..also dell is the last person I would buy a phone from today..i'd take the evo or the iphone 4 before this. IMO 720p screen phones will be out by the end of the year with what I read 1080p video recording..as I said, nothing to see here, move along..

Hi, will the streak have,adobe flash and java ? I have a favorite site, Pogo to play games on sometime. Since Apple does not have adobe flash. I have to play on my netbook. So far, I like what the Streak has to offer.

for a minute their i wondered why they call this device a tablet.. its a large smartphone(in my opinion the size they all should be!) BUT!... if the device gets its 3g from verizon in the US, it will probably still be considered a tablet which means an option for a data-only plan and using voip for calls!! big money saver

I would love to see a Dell Mini 4, it's just ever so slightly to large 5 inch screens! :(

It's also a shame you can only buy it ON O2 in the UK which SUCKS! NEVER SELL A PHONE TO SUCH a crappy network, especially one which nearly relies on 3G. O2 has the worst 3G network in the UK, so well done with that choice Dell, really clever!

Would have never figured Dell would initiate the lead for a more tablet like device on the Android platform. The HP Slate looks very promising too and more aimed at the size people are going to expect in tablet form (because of that new innovation, I will not utter here).

I feel like this phone was perfect for 2009 but now it is dated it only has 256MB of ram and a 5megapixel non-HD recording camera so it doesn't hold up against its nearest competitors.Add 720p recording and at least double the memory and you might have a winner.

That's the million dollar question. I have a feeling though that since its made by Dell, they will allow it to run without 3G. Instead treating it more like an android iPod touch which is what a lot of customers would love now.

I read it may be in the $1000 crazy money league. Its also pretty low res compared to nexus one and probably the next iphone. With a 5" screen it should be at least 1024x600
